On a warm September day, about a dozen veterans gathered on land owed by Rosalyn Farm. The stated purpose of the gathering was a dove hunt, but it was much more than that.
It was an opportunity for some to say thanks to the Armed Forces veterans for their serviced to our countries and it was a way to help those veterans assimilate back to civilian life. After defending this country, veterans can sometimes face a lonely world - even when surrounded by friends and family. One of the things that can alleviate that feeling is the sense of camaraderie that comes from being with other veterans.See the full content of this document
