On Thursday, June 17, 2010, our hearts were turned solemn when our crowned jewel, mother, sister, grandmother and aunt, Susie Bell Edwards Pulley, departed this life at Virginia Commonwealth University Medical Center in Richmond, Va.
She was born July 7, 1926, to the late Norma Lee Bailey Edwards Bland and the late Fitzhugh Lee Edwards. Susie found Christ at an early age and joined Little Bethel Baptist Church in Stony Creek, Va. She was a graduate of Dinwiddie Training School, Class of 1946. Susie retired from Imperial Reading Co., where she worked for many years.
