PETERSBURG -- The Petersburg Corps of the Salvation Army will hosts its inaugural "Doing the Most Good" Golf Classic on Sept. 23 at the Prince George Golf Club.

The charity golf tournament will support the operating cost of the Petersburg Corps and its programs, said Theodore Cabral, chairman of the golf tournament committee.
