PRINCE GEORGE - The U.S. Department of Justice has approved new election boundary lines in Prince George County.

The approved changes where adopted by the Prince George County Board of Supervisors on April 26 concerning the boundary between Election Districts 1 and 2. The 2011 redistricting plan and the realignment of voting precincts are for Prince George County and the Prince George County School District. The plan makes only minor adjustments to current district and precinct boundaries.
