Editor's Note: As the fall Petersburg City Council election on Nov. 2 draws near, The Progress-Index will highlight candidates seeking election. Each candidate was sent a questionnaire with five questions to answer. Candidates running for election or re-election in all but Ward 3 - incumbent Kenneth Pritchett, who is running unopposed - returned the questionnaire.
