PETERSBURG -- The Petersburg Rotary Club honored three of its members for their outstanding service and commitment Thursday at their regular meeting held at Petersburg Country Club.

Edwin Betts, a past district governor of the Rotary, presented awards to Petersburg Mayor Annie M. Mickens and City Manager B. David Canada. Canada was not present to accept his award as he was out of town on business.
