I lost a game of checkers on Tuesday. I know, you're probably thinking "so what?"

Before Tuesday, I could proudly say that I hadn't lost a game of checkers since 1995. And I often did, although, as I bragged before this losing game, I failed to mention that the last game of checkers I played was last year. The game I played before that one was in 2004.
