COLONIAL HEIGHTS - They may not be the perfect improvements, but Colonial Heights City Council received a presentation Tuesday night on changes planned for the Interstate 95 interchange at Temple Avenue.

The proposed improvements include adding additional ramp lanes, extending the area between where traffic exiting the interstate from north and southbound directions merges and closing off a crossover between east and west Temple Avenue in front of two businesses.
