To the Editor:

An issue that concerns and affects me the most in my life as of now is the constant increase in college tuition. I feel that college tuition should not be nearly as high as it currently is, because in prisons inmates can receive their college education for free, well it comes from tax payers, but the inmate never has the stress from worrying about paying back loans. It is as if the government does not want students to receive and education and without at least a bachelor's degree it is much more difficult to make money and the unemployment line becomes even longer. They have helped students that don't receive full financial aid they allow you to have a payment plan, but since they have raised tuition and not given out more money, the payments are still too high for the average working person to pay. They only allow you to have payment for three to five months which if the amount of money needed to be paid is a lot the payments will be outrageous also.
