CHESTERFIELD - Police have arrested and charged Robin Imani Varner for the death of her 5-month-old daughter.
Police and EMS responded to the Varner's residence in the 13000 block of Rockridge Road in Chester at 9:30 a.m. Monday for an infant not breathing. The infant was transported to Chippenham Hospital and was pronounced dead.See the full content of this document
