PRINCE GEORGE -- Two School Board members are calling for the resignation of former School Board chairman Robert E. Cox Jr. after 52 indictments were brought against a former school division employee Tuesday.
The former chairman's wife, Ruth Cox, who worked as a payroll clerk at the School Board office, is alleged to have stolen approximately $38,000 from the Prince George County School Division between April 2004 and September 2006.
