The BIB Tournament, hosted by the Optimist Club of Colonial Heights, will celebrate its 52nd anniversary on July 31 at Shepherd Stadium.
The 52nd Annual BIB Tournament will start on July 30 and run through Aug. 8. All games will be held throughout the 10-day period at picturesque Shepherd Stadium.
