Ms. Alice Marie Woods, 64, of 708 Juniper Road, Petersburg, departed this life Wednesday, Feb. 20, 2008, in Southside Regional Medical Center.
She was born Jan. 2, 1944, in North Carolina to the late Willie and Louise Wilkins Woods. Ms. Woods was a high school graduate and worked as a home health care aide. Since December 2004 she served as a faithful servant of Jehovah. Ms. Woods volunteered in the community as a Bible teacher and showed herself to be a very caring person who loved people.
