After 2 Years of Hard Work, School has New Playground

CHESTERFIELD -- After two years of fundraising, hoping and lobbying, students at Curtis Elementary School in Chester now have a brand new $30,000 playground.

Physical education teacher Tina Seal cut the ribbon yesterday in front of cheering kids from kindergarten through fifth grade. To celebrate this accomplishment, all teachers kept their promise to camp out in the schoolyard.
